How does the recruitment process work?

Once you have applied for a job or sent us your CV, a few processes will kick into gear. Normally, after we source your CV either from our own extensive database or through an online job portal (Naukri.com for example), or you have called us directly, we match your CV to the relevant openings we have and forward your resume to the company. There is a very high probability that your CV will be shortlisted by the company as we forward only the most relevant ones. Our recruiters will schedule an interview with the company and inform you of the details, such as the interview venue; time; contact person. You are required to research the company and the job role offered by them and attend the interview on time. If you are selected, we will inform you of the same and in some cases, even conduct a salary negotiation and ensure the appropriate joining formalities are completed.
